      team members were cooperative. even those who were not from my team were approachable.

      Cons

      required to return to onsite regardless of where you are located. supervisors were pro management and will not look after the agents welfare. no salary increase

      A very collaborative environment full of good people who want to work together, do the right thing, and show respect to all in a "room."

      Having so much fun when we see each other in person it's sad we don't all work in one place
