After 2.5 years working there the only pros are decent salary and flexibility
Cons
Ridiculously high turnover, poor training, too many directors without experience (specifically aimed at marketing, implementation and online team), no structured communication between departments, no system interfacing, poor cross department training and understanding, poor office culture.
