Company lied about making pension payments. Deducted from staff salaries shows on payslips but not paid into the pension provider. They made redundancies lied about paying notice and redundancy payments. They (Doris the parent company) then put the company into administration and had already set up a new entity with the intention to wipe its debt and not pay those they made redundant (they deliberately didn’t tell those they made redundant as they planned this sham redundancy), Doris then purchased the old assets of ODE and transferred them to the new entity. Morally and ethically wrong on so many levels. This is how they treat those who have given years and years of service. Avoid
