Great if you like working with very small teams, and enjoy surprises. Constant surprises, and change. Lots of change.
Cons
CEO does not really know what he wants from other people. He does know that he wants to be very rich, and parks his extremely expensive car in the best spot in the lot. Right up front so everyone can see.
