      Pros

      As title suggests, no Pros at all. Save yourself guys.

      Cons

      Technical peers are good but management sucks. Technical people tends to be people manager & vice versa. No work life balance. Once you are in office, you wont know you will reach home same day or not.

      Pros

      The management team really cares about their employees. People who are actually having fun at work! Someone is always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. As a woman - never seen so many others at tech company.

      Cons

      You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need/want to. its a fair trade
