Pros
Great benefits, good work life balance, new CEO who appears to be a thinker and not afraid to challenge the status quo. Hopefully, there will be changes in the future.
Cons
Limited growth opportunities, not a lot of alpha employees, perceived inequalities for some employees, inexperienced managers. A lot of managers do not have other work experience; therefore, they are not willing to move away from inefficient processes and take risks.
