Started there 18 months ago after graduating from University, the advert looked like the dream job but in reality its more like just an office admin position for most of there vacancies, they state a range of salaries in the advert but everyone always starts on lowest or even less than stated. Daily job was just mainly general admin which is the same for many of the girls there.Sometimes all staff are asked to help with photo shoots then the bosses complain when it goes wrong even though no one has any experience in this area They then ask you to sign a contract that states you cannot work in a similar position until after 2 years of leaving them. Also in contract if they ask you to leave its one weeks notice but you have to give them 4 weeks. The management are keyboard warriors that send all sorts of abusive emails at anytime outwith work hours and expect an instant reply. They never want a face to face and any ideas are brushed aside. they employ people to do jobs but constantly tell them what to do. Everyone at one time gets the emails and more often than not they are directed to the wrong person. A few of the staff have been signed off with stress related problems If you do work away its done with the cheapest hotels and you are expected to share a room. Its not a long term position with even managers only earning 25k The through put of staff is very high because people realize very quickly that its not what they expect. In my time many people have left and not one would recommend them. Four have left in the past month alone Before considering a position find girls past and present to get there opinion.
