- offices are tightly knit groups - good benefits - flexible start time (7-9 a.m.)
Cons
- advancement opportunities are rare and based on more on relationships than performance. - leadership changes with governor; no long-term strategic vision for employees not affected by politics - not a good fit for people who like to be challenged in different areas. Work gets stagnant.
