Pros
Nothing is a pro working here after they bring in more management and employees from another location unless you like being micromanaged.
Cons
The 6 mos raises are a joke, they give you PTO but have to request 2 weeks in advance or it's denied. If you are sick or have an emergency and call off with no Dr note it's a write up. 6 supervisor's on one shift walking around breathing down your neck, supervisor's talking to people in an I'll mannered way. Employees under the influence driving forklifts and using over head cranes one being a supervisor.
