Everyday was an opportunity to learn something new across a wide range of issues impacting Ohioans lives. The workplace culture is very good.

Hours can be long during certain times of year, but these are balanced out by the much slower periods where you can use up accrued comp time.

You learn so much and have great co-workers who are passionate about making change.

There is no real HR which allows bad situations to go unchecked and get worse.
