      Positive work environment that allows for progression. Great people to work with. OFD can get projects completed with less overhead.

      Cons

      Smaller company, unfortunately viewed by some larger project clients as inadequate on amount of personnel to complete projects.

      Very unique positive culture. Absolutely in my top 2 of places I've loved to come to work at each day.

      None come to mind. If "best places to work" awards were legitimate, this place would win a bunch.
