Pros
It's a decent place to start if you don't have any previous work experience. The work is not hard and it's nice to have funny and lighthearted conversations with colleagues. Job stability is also pretty strong so it's pretty hard to get fired unless you do something really (and I mean really) wrong...
Cons
This is not the place for you *if you have any ambition as it will limit your growth in a pretty substantial way. What you put in is not what you will get so don't think for a second that significant amount of effort will make an astounding improvement to your salary. They are also okay with letting go of folks with a significant number of knowledge and experience in exchange for fresh grads willing to take a low salary (< $70k - although I've seen lower).
When I interviewed for this company, one thing they said is that they didn't want us to use the work opportunity as a stepping stone. But that's exactly how you should treat it if you really want to thrive. Do your job well, learn from it and if you have more time, spend it to improve yourself in every way. Don't drink the Koolaid!
