Nepotism everywhere - not many new hires who have actually interviewed, hiring process not respected, candidates will get the job if they know management even if they fail interview Toxic management, not intelligent with fragile egos - very Amazonian, no product innovation - always asked to copy competitors No accountability for decisions or attrition in company, poor employee retention farewells every month D&I is a joke, management has actively said to not continue focusing on diversity initiatives, all white male management often complaining it's hard to be a white man in this environment.
