      None. I cannot think of a single pro for this company. They are a nightmare to deal with.

      Cons

      They contact you about contract positions and get your résumé. Nothing every follows no interviews, no response to emails. Nothing. They barely speak English.

      Pros

      None. They are a nightmare to deal with. As far as Indian companies go, this one is by far the worst. Don't even reply to their fake positions, they don't have any positions at all, they are collecting resumes and very poorly at that.

      Cons

      Not dealing with this company is actually the only upside. STAY AWAY!!!
