      Not much to be honest.

      Cons

      Work comes from knee jerk reactions from executives, whatever is new and shiny or trendy. Relationships are purely transactional in every direction.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
