Pay and WLB were great though the pay/title and workload often don’t match.

Cons

It was good until it wasn’t. You’re not getting promoted without a sponsor. Make that your priority. Do not complain to HR ever.

Good company benefits - private healthcare, employee stock purchase programme Annual sales kickoff

Cons

All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
