Pros
Okta is the kind of place where your contributions make a difference. A difference to our co-workers, partners, and most importantly to all of our customers. We do not go it alone in a difficult situation, People here are willing to do whatever it takes to solve a problem . The on-site catering, snack rooms, coffee machines, beer, and other ways to keep employees happy and productive are well maintained and always full of whatever you need to get you through the day! Off Site Employees are kept well informed through regular meetings with their managers and our weekly all hands meeting. Change is a constant and I'm including it here in the "Pros" sections as it is a sign of a growing company. It seems we have been able to grow tremendously and not lost sight of who we are. From my perspective our core values and commitment to our customers has not wavered one bit since I started here.
Cons
The culture here is one of transparency, and with that come honesty. Sure I have worked hard, but it is recognized. I have seen very few fail in this culture but it is genuinely because they did not ask for help, or they react poorly to managements suggestions.
