      Pros

      I'm a new joiner but I already feel support and positive atmosphere that are present in the company. Despite everything is remote, i don't feel isolated, I get a proper onboarding and manager's supervision that helps me to learn day by day about company and processes. We have good work/ life balance, motivation to work and progress and great colleagues around!

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
