Pros

The product is the best, hands down. Both okta and auth0 aren’t really rivaled. Decent pay, lots of events to go to, big network of people to meet, many of which are talented

Cons

Alot of employees are leaving, but SLT doesn’t seem to notice or acknowledge it. The go to market team messed up a lot of aspects of the acquisition, and they take a real “stay in your lane” stance on challenging opinions. The toughest part is that senior leadership is mostly all external hires, who have no pulse on the org and are just figureheads for what feels like corporate propaganda

Good company benefits - private healthcare, employee stock purchase programme Annual sales kickoff

Cons

All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
