      Good stock and commission and great colleagues

      Cons

      Toxic culture, senior management is horrific and this filters right down. No trust or empowerment in their sales teams and the constant threat of being put on a pip or fired. Very unbalanced territories and therefore impossible for everyone to succeed.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
