      Innovative platform. Good future prospects. Competitive solution. Modern approach to cloud security.

      Cons

      Internal culture has deteriorated enormously in recent years. Middle and upper management have been replaced by personas from large (legacy) technology companies with no affinity with Okta's values and proposition.

      Good company benefits - private healthcare, employee stock purchase programme Annual sales kickoff

      Cons

      All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
