      - Passive aggression from management - An extremely fast-paced environment makes it easier to burn out - Not set up for success in the role - No work/life balance, common to work more than 40 hours a week

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
