      Pros

      Okta is a playground for any software professional. Software is outstanding, the benefits are out of this world.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, when I was there was prior some of the data breaches. It was obvious that the company was not taking some security principles seriously. They have acted quickly to correct this.

      Great Benefits. Fantastic product. Company is scaling (or at least trying to).

      Cons

      Management and company culture has grown toxic. Extremely political and dramatic. Specifically in sales, marketing, and the C-Suite. I wouldn’t recommend joining okta unless you are some type of director or above and also remote. SF just RTO’d and it’s been miserable.
