Really feels like family, dispatch respects all drivers and driver situations leaves you 2 do your job with out naggin and bugging the Mess out of you, like most of your LTL company's out there. They truly respect you as a Man Or Woman, from supervisors to terminal managers. Trust me you'll love it here! For the first time in my life, I actually enjoy waking up and going to work!!!!

They assign tractors, but good luck in actually getting your assign truck. No one respects it and no one enforces it either, it's a free 4 all. Could be frustrating at some times but you get use to it after a while. And The Benefits could be better; Like Blue Cross And Blue Shield pluse more matching on 401K
