      Pros

      Worked in IT. Majority of the employees are friendly and easy to have a conversation with. Allowed to work on a project autonomously.

      Cons

      Arbitrary employee review. Good ol' boy values and policies are too antiquated for my taste. Don't like spending extra money for employee perks.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
