      Pay is awesome, benefits are decent. If you need something, they get it done for you

      Management...nepitism. Not a lot of room for growth. Nothing very bad, just your normal corporate politics.

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.
