Salary and environment - Operation Supervisor Old Dominion Freight Employee Review

The drivers arent that motivated to run there routes here mostly always nagging about something not wanting to be there. The grave yard shift can be overwhelming and atleast for me it was as a salaried employee was working 12-14 hour days no lunch or breaks very fast pace environment didnt have time to breath. If you try to leave early atleast with me manager and other staff didnt like it even tho i was done with my side of my job!
