Leadership not strong enough to push through change and cave too easily to senior staff members. Lack of quality communication around important aspects (pay, change etc)

Pros

Incredibly flexible, especially for working parents. A lot of special events - ice cream van hired in the summer, parties, days out, lots of lunches! Hybrid working options; 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week from home. Generous annual leave allowance. Exam financial support, plus a bonus if you pass. Charity fundraisers to participate in. Employee and team recognition awards. Annual performance and growth bonus. Constant communication from upper management, partners and the CEO to keep you in the loop. Annual personal performance based pay increase.

Cons

At times, the workload can be an increase a lot, but this won’t affect start/finish times.
