Old National tends to buy banks only to shortly down the road close branches and sell off others. They like to hire from outside of the company and not to promote from within.

access to senior management pro-business credit culture great "team" environment with very good individual incentive system

Cons

operating systems are little antiquated, but really a minor nuisance in grand scheme
