Pros

Co workers Health insurance PTO Retirement

Cons

New leadership created in the new structure are fake to those above them and micro managers of those below. Employees are all on edge due to the people chosen for the roles of Director VP or above. The local regional type of management are doing their best for the company and employees. Those above them are title and money hungry. The company has lost their vision of treating employees fairly. Increases this year are not even worth a conversation. If you can’t trust your regional leaders to give increases they know are deserving then you have control issues. Turnover has gotten bad and some companies are wanting to start unions because of how corporate level leaders and HR are treating them. This doesn’t mean those at the corporate office it’s those at that level that are corporate but work outside of the Atlanta office.

Pros

Flexible enough, small and disorganized enough that they can't come down on you too hard for small stuff. Would be a decent work life balance if you didn't end up with emotional issues and anxiety spikes from essentially experiencing narc/DARVO tactics, just in a corporate group setting.

Cons

The things that leader(s) here are seemingly able to get away with in the name of leadership, the way that they talk to people and the general culture of favoritism and corporate gaslighting/punitive treatment to those who question the tactics being used here is like something out of a movie. I would caution anyone who wants their nervous system to remain intact to refrain from accepting a role here. If you do well in mean girl groups and by blindly following ruthless authoritarian politics, then go ahead and consider- you might thrive. Regardless of all that... no real room for growth/ No career mobility unless you move divisions. No "careers" here at all, at least not in marketing. if you want a paycheck and mind games, go ahead.
