      Most of the colleagues are nice

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what they are doing, sometimes sending out crazy emails just to slut-shame somebody. The partner got some side business and just used this firm as a cash cow. The poor management is making talented people leave

      Litigation team is nice. Hour is a bit long but reasonable

      Not cohesive as a firm. Each department is like a mini firm on its own.

      Colleagues are nice and down-to-earth

      Cons

      Management promoted people because so many people left the firm over the past few years. they got other side business so they couldn't care what is really going on in the firm. Considering the size of the firm, it is also underpaying the staff
