This is a very special job to have. Watching live performances everyday while making money is a unique experience. It's a really fun job to have, and the money is ridiculous on the good days.

The "dead season" (January-March) is the worst on Broadway. People travel to Nashville for vacation, and most people don't go out in general after New Years. If you don't have money saved up beforehand, you're screwed.

The company has lots of discounts, and gives out Christmas gift cards as bonuses. The tips are good too.

Management treats you unfairly because of how much money you make. Whenever you have an issue they say things like you make too much money for this to be an issue, but when HR is around they're always saying they have an open door policy.
