Small office with small office problems. There is a lack of communication, if you are doing something wrong, you don't hear about it for weeks, then it is presented in a memo. They don't advance with the market and have stayed exactly the same for the last 20 years. Not a young office, everyone is over 40. High turnover, low commission through your first $200k in sales. Low base salary as compared to other recruiting companies. The perks of a small office are absent with none of the bonuses of being in a big company.
