Great company to complete an internship. Wonderful work life balance. There are employees that have been with them for years. The co-workers are very talented and passionate about their job. It is a place that you can learn a whole lot by wearing many hats. Management encourages and is open to new ideas.

There is no room for growth. There is low pay according to similar companies and no yearly reviews and raises. There is no human resources department so the proper handling of the mistreatment between employees lacks attention. The company is understaffed and overwhelmed with duties and deadlines. When mistakes happen, management goes out of the way to find out the originator of the mistake to criticize and demean them instead of using constructive criticism. Unfortunately, management likes to place blame and humiliate the employees which causes very low morale.
