Pros
Office location is pretty nice although a bit far in Kendall for this type of business. Being a fashion place you would think they would be located in the design district or the beach, not in Kendall. The people I have dealt with are extremely nice and staff for the most part have been nice on occasions. The can be flexible and have insurance.
Cons
One of the things that turned me off about this place was management being so unprofessional. On a few occasions, I heard the owners talking really badly about one one of their most loyal employees to other staff members. The other people were not even upper management and I found it to be disappointing for company owners to gossip like that. Other problems I found is that they have allowed employees to treat other employees badly, the owners treat employees badly and try to micromanage everyone. Salary is low for the industry in many departments.
