Great hours, great attorneys and staff, free parking, convenient location. Managers for the support roles are tremendously supportive. I can't speak to the previous reviews prior to me starting here but they are not what I've experienced. It seems like Oliff has responded to constructive criticism quite well and the culture has changed dramatically if the old reviews are to be believed. This firm has been nothing but amazing to me since I was hired. I would definitely recommend this firm to everyone and I am proud to work here.

Training could be a bit more robust, the main issue is the cookie cutter training that really doesn't take into account the nuanced nature of patent prosecution. It is very easy to make mistakes and preparing certain items for clients as preparation instructions can change dramatically between clients.
