Pros
Oliva has a great starter company culture and team. I'm happy to be a part of the movement to bring meaningful and accessible mental healthcare to everyone, and it feels so much more achievable, when you are with a company that seems to really care about their mission. They offer competitive contract rates, a seamless onboarding process and are receptive to feedback to improve the client experience, which I think is a credit to the HR team! It's also important to highlight that they are also very mindful of the provider experience and are open to feedback to improve this as well.
Cons
None that I can think of. Oliva is growing and expanding and with that, I imagine there will be ongoing updates which are a good sign that things are happening as they are looking for ways to improve the overall experience. So having a level of tolerance for the nature of a "startup", is key. There's so much to appreciate about this company and its team.
