      flexible (again depends on management) great team great training - they make you gain experience in a lot of things!

      Cons

      refused to hire extra security, even when staff felt unsafe often understaffed as they hire seasonals but not permanent employees Quite a few tasks above pay grade (but you do learn a lot) Did not apply the under 21 wage - treats every worker equally
