Management. There is a high turnover rate for managers regardless of which store, unfortunately the location i work at has such a high turnover rate that staff are regularly having to extra roles that shouldn't be required of them to do.
Environment. The environment most of the time is positive but that also depends on your manager and area manager as that makes or breaks the team ambiance. I've had issues with multiple managers being on a power trip and constantly micromanaging even if you have worked there longer than those managers.
Pay. The pay is not worth it at all, unless you work 30 hours or more then you can't really save up a good amount but unfortunately this includes a lot of other retail companies too. It also depends on which location you work as hourly rates differs based on that too.
You have to prepared to have days where you stare at a wall or pretend to look busy as it is so incredibly quiet and if you have no tasks on that day then it becomes extremely repetitive and boring.
