The development of our team is really important to us so we are pleased to hear you have had the opportunity to learn and grow your experience. As part of this, this is why we welcome our team members to take on key holder responsibilities as part of their role to support their experience. We appreciate your feedback on the contracted hours and rotas, we recognise that it has been particularly challenging to ensure planned cover for our stores however, this is an area we are focused on improving.
