Pros
Sadly, there are no pros to state based on my horrible experience. First time I encounter such distasteful situation with an employer and new position.
Cons
As the latter reviews state he yells and speaks to one with a sense of superiority. Also as stated, he sells you a dream and a very nice personality during the interview but as soon as you start working it is a completely different story. He tells you lets try to see if it works, doesn't make a job offer. Although a paralegal or an assistant are supposed to have certain knowledge and experience that can be applied and used in any place for legal purposes, every work place runs and administers their office differently. I have worked with distinct attorneys and firms and not one runs the exact same way. With that said, he expects you to know everything in regards to his practice right away. He doesn't give a brief statement on what he expects or wants but gets extremely upset when you don't do something that in his head he expects but didn't communicate to a new employee.
