I am constantly surrounded by people who love what they do. It is a supportive and engaging place to work! I could not be happier to work here!

We receive a lot of funding from the state and they are going through some changes.

Flexible work schedules. There are many wonderful people at this organization who are caring and down to earth because their focus is the clients served.

The direct support staff are terribly underpaid. Mid-range and upper level staff are micromanaged to the point of feeling there's no point in trying. Excellent ideas are rarely explored because "we've always done it this way and it works" but guess what? It no longer does. The organization is fading into irrelevance.
