Pros

-Diverse team of highly intelligent, talented and friendly people -Support for personal and professional development -Huge opportunities to grow and get involved in new projects and areas of the business. CEO will go out of his way to create opportunities and projects based on an individual's skills, strengths, experiences and interests -An emphasis on focusing on your strengths and finding additional support where needed -Flexible schedule, efficiently run in a remote environment. High-quality equipment provided -Competitive pay with a comprehensive compensation package and lucrative equity bonus incentive plan -Be part of a supportive team and an ambitious, fast-growing company with a culture of excellence and innovation -Autonomy without micro-management

Cons

Big learning curves for new employees, have to learn and start applying knowledge and skills quickly. As with all fast-growing startups, there's a fast pace, and some growing pains as the company adopts systems and processes to match growth. The true cons are for people who aren't correct for the culture, company, industry or pace. If you are gritty and enjoy a challenge, this may be the right fit for you

Pros

A lot of opportunity to learn outside of education and experience A lot of opportunity to grow w/ organization and take on leadership roles Great team - very eager and intelligent people! They also all are quite light hearted and easy going. Autonomy Flexible hours Remote Work Satisfying continually finishing projects and moving on to new ones. Generous overtime agreement and holidays. Opportunity for travel.

Cons

Due to working in an industry with billable hours and working remotely - if you choose to not work productively during typical work hours you may find yourself working in the evening or weekend to meet your 40 hours per week Quite a fast paced work environment with deadlines - only a con if you prefer something slower or easy going!
