Pros
Learned about industry and developed skills while working in low-mid level position. A lot of resources available if willing to put in time to learn
Cons
Typical larger company with a lot of middle management which leads to micromanagement and a lot of useless meetings/reporting. Work/life balance wasn't always respected. Some unprofessionalism, was on call when superior was ripping into coworker. Very rigid structuring. Never had issues with leadership though, all from middle/upper managment
