Be sure that you will get as much aš you perform.If u are non performer my organization will not keek u out we try to know the real problems and hurdels ,and try to rectify them .So for performing people my company have a big room.

A people named Mahesh worked for a long period ,But after having him chance to perform he always think that we (our hrd )are fools and now a days he is on road ....
