      Training is great, staff is welcoming and supportive. Pay and benefits is more than enough for me as I have always worked part-time, now working full time

      Lots of smart people, great mission, digital health company that's balancing clinical evidence with tech growth.

      Cons

      Less of a con, more of a heads up to make sure your role is truly valued during the interview process. Try to gauge how much cross-functional buy-in is needed for you to have impact. As with most startups, layoffs happen and if you're struggling to get projects started because there's no internal support, your role is at risk.
