Pros

Forward thinking, studies to back up claims, good foundation, promising future in this field, bright developers that know what they are doing

Cons

Pay is under company standards in this field, not a lot of respect for coaches, viewed as not as important as HQ employees, disconnection between HQ and remote coaches

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. As a company, we’re committed to respecting Omadans in all roles equally, maintaining a fair and competitive pay structure, and fostering a strong connection between employees working remotely and at HQ. We appreciate you letting us know that your experience didn’t live up to those commitments, and will use your feedback to help us improve. We have recently started a few initiatives to ensure that all Omadans feel connected to one another and valued. We are reaching out to employees outside of HQ to see how we can better their experience. Furthermore, we continue to use the same process to determine salary ranges, based on current market data, for all roles at Omada. We have many more ideas to better the employee experience and will continue to push forward on these! If you have any specific ideas for us, please reach out to hr@omadahealth.com. Thanks for helping us keep our standards high!

Pros

Lots of smart people, great mission, digital health company that's balancing clinical evidence with tech growth.

Cons

Less of a con, more of a heads up to make sure your role is truly valued during the interview process. Try to gauge how much cross-functional buy-in is needed for you to have impact. As with most startups, layoffs happen and if you're struggling to get projects started because there's no internal support, your role is at risk.
