As a company, we’re committed to respecting Omadans in all roles equally, maintaining a fair and competitive pay structure, and fostering a strong connection between employees working remotely and at HQ. We appreciate you letting us know that your experience didn’t live up to those commitments, and will use your feedback to help us improve. We have recently started a few initiatives to ensure that all Omadans feel connected to one another and valued.
