Getting the interface between product, sales, and marketing is absolutely critical at Omada and is something that we are always working to improve and evolve. While we are humbled to have helped so many people, (over 400,000 people have enrolled in our programs), we continue to work on teamwork across the entire organization so we can better serve our members as we grow.
The Omada culture is actually one of the key reasons cited by team members as a deciding factor to join our team and is based on community and inclusivity. Having hired more than 100 people over recent months, we are very focused on maintaining our values while operating better and faster than ever before.
