Meaningful work, caring management, sincere desire to help others across the company
Cons
Lots of talk of transparency but there are many decisions that logically cannot be disclosed to employees. I believe the intention is to be transparent but there are so many ever changing situations that employees can't know the breadth of that it comes across as not transparent.
