The company is still establishing standard processes for employee training. I found it a bit overwhelming to start at Omada, but quickly learned how to succeed here within a few weeks.

Cons
Less of a con, more of a heads up to make sure your role is truly valued during the interview process. Try to gauge how much cross-functional buy-in is needed for you to have impact. As with most startups, layoffs happen and if you're struggling to get projects started because there's no internal support, your role is at risk.
